# Changes

For the company to comply with Portuguese regulation, it was necessary to make several changes, like changing the company social object, the smart contract, and the functionalities that would be on the lucrar.pt website.

The company made the following changes to the company, smart contract, and website functionalities:

* Removal of the "Burn" functionality on the Lucrar token.
* Removal of the "Mint" functionality on the Lucrar token.
* Removal of the ability to deposit Lucrar tokens and receive a fixed annual interest rate of 10% based on the “Mint” of new tokens, with a maximum deposit of 1 million Lucrar tokens and a minimum of 0.001 Lucrar tokens.
* Change of share capital that was in form of cryptocurrency and now is in the investment rubric.
* Change in the net income that was allocated to the investment and liquidity of the Lucrar token and now goes to retained results in its entirety, which is distributed to different rubrics such as investments, reserves, cash and equivalents, and more.
* Change in the company social object, name, CAE, and share capital.
* Exclusion of many services that the company intended to apply after the official launch of the project such as certain types of consulting, custody, exchange, and more, but is not possible for the company yet.
* Suspension of some features that the company has in the Beta version, such as the possibility of purchasing Lucrar tokens directly with a debit or credit card.
