Lucrar.pt is a Multi-utility platform for financial education in Web3.0, 2.0 and in real life.

The purpose is to improve lives financially with Many Methods because financial education is the foundation to avoid mistakes and achieve financial goals.

## Affordable rents

The project is currently searching & buying new houses to rent them at affordable prices to give worthwhile lives to families.&#x20;

## Building from scratch

The project purchased a land with a permit for the construction of six apartments, and the architect's design is currently being updated to something more modern, with approval of the various specialties involved in this work.
