## Non-securities utility tokens with a real purpose

The tokens are not securities, and therefore transactions involving them are not subject to the rules applicable to the protection of investors in securities.

However, the company is allowed to buy LCR tokens. For example, the company can receive income from affordable rents and deliberately purchase tokens with that amount

The LCR tokens can also be used to:

*  Buy tickets for financial events;
* Play financial games (Lucrar.pt has 2 available, depending on whether using mobile or laptop);
* Sending writers LCR compensation for writing articles on the website.
