Investments

Cripteracia Ltd. allocates 40% to invest in the Lucrar token to contribute to its appreciation (30%) and it will also increase the Lucrar token liquidity (10%) by depositing Lucrar tokens plus Binance coin on the Lucrar token’s liquidity pool in the Pancakeswap (the leading DEX on Binance Smart Chain). The present percentage is subject to change whenever necessary.

Unlikely the other companies or projects, this is the most important rubric for the Lucrar token growth, because it allows to monthly allocate a significant percentage of the company results to the Lucrar token - contributing to the Lucrar token consistency in the medium and long term.

Financial Education and Literacy Fund

Cripteracia Ltd. allocates 10% for a fund that will contribute to the development of financial education in Portugal and in the world. This is one of the most important goals of the company because Cripteracia Ltd. will initially use the resources of this fund to acquire or rent spaces to be able to hire financial educators and they teach a financial curriculum plan for young people and adults. The present percentage is subject to change whenever necessary.

Reserves

Cripteracia Ltd. allocates 10% for the constitution of a reserve that is dedicated to investing in the Lucrar token whenever there are very significant drops, in order to protect hodlers and contribute to the appreciation of the Lucrar token. The present percentage is subject to change whenever necessary.

The usage model for the company reserve is the following:

• If the Lucrar token has a drop of 50% or more from the absolute price maximum it will be used 25% of the reserve to convert BUSD to the Lucrar token and increase the price.

• If the Lucrar token has a drop of 90% or more from the absolute price maximum it will be used the remaining 75% of the reserve to convert BUSD to the Lucrar token and increase the price.

Due to limited resources, this strategy can only be used once a year. If the company manages to use it more often for the benefit of the Lucrar token, it will be analyzed again.

Research and Development

Cripteracia Ltd. allocates 10% for research and study to achieve each goal as efficiently and quickly as possible.

The company Cripteracia Ltd. goals have been divided into phases, the project moves to the next phase as soon as the company finishes the goals of the previous phase. However, there are some goals that are already being developed, like the mobile application in the third phase.

The company goals and plans (roadmap) are detailed in the next section of the whitepaper. The present percentage is subject to change whenever necessary.

Cash and Equivalents

Cripteracia Ltd. allocates 20% for the company's liquidity in the rubric Cash and Equivalents. This is necessary so that it is possible to make new investments or bear costs that were not foreseen according to the company's plans. The present percentage is subject to change whenever necessary.

Marketing and other rubrics

Cripteracia Ltd. allocates 10% for the company's products and services marketing, and other rubrics that are necessary to allocate the company’s money like new equipment or essential assets. The present percentage is subject to change whenever necessary.
